This includes the initial set up of providing a checklist "How To Rent Your Beach Home", photographing the property, creating a virtual tour, customizing a rental agreement, and promoting the home on rental and internet sites.
We manage the rental by responding to all inquiries, secure executed rental agreements, ensure all fees and rent payments are collected, administer key access, and maintain all documentation.
Property management and cleaning services are available and billed accordingly to your needs.
Our team works closely with you to maximize rentals from filling in your available vacancies to booking an entire season.
