Joanne has been directly involved in the professional oversight of over $120 million in investment grade, commercial, apartment and residential disposition and acquisition assignments.

• Directs the overall company branding image, marketing communications and all client approved deliverables.

• Manages company-wide staffing and investment decisions.

• Advises property owners as to options and strategies in home marketing and buyer representation which deliver optimum financial and outcomes in real estate decisions.

• Applies her expertise in real estate communication and administration to ensure that essential elements of a real estate transaction are delivered while eliminating the characteristically stressful real estate experience.
