Charles brings to owners and purchasers of seacoast property over 3 decades of experience in real estate brokerage and business acumen. He was recently elected as the President of The Academy of Luxury Real Estate Advisors (www.ALREA.info) providing luxury clients global real estate services.

From a long track record of success, Charles has focused only on the client.  Areas of success include significant advisory with U.S. State Department of residences and commercial dwellings on a global basis.  He regularly provides confidential real estate services to notable celebrities from business and entertainment professions.

Additionally, Charles has been engaged with numerous assignments in New England providing broker opinion of value for residential and commercial properties.  He has represented very notable buyers and sellers of real estate.  Very often his assignments are on a confidential and multi-resort/global scope.
